Tryed to do an oilchange at this place called ahead was advised to check in when arrive, as I arrived and step out to check 2 truck went around and park in front of the bays. I asked is there a wait since lady that I talked to TOLD ME TO CHECK IN was at the counter, she smurked and said you gotta wait those 2 trucks. So dont be polite and check in juat go around block bays and then posibly check in or even better wait in truck for someone to check you in. Absolutelly not profesional service 0 stars from me and Ill take my business somewhere else where customer time is apreciated.

I had my trailer mud flap repaired here, and it took 3.5 hours just for that. That’s completely unacceptable. The job should’ve taken no more than 30–40 minutes. Poor time management and no sense of urgency. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you value your time.

I had a very bad experience. I came in to change the oil and filter. A normal shop would have taken an hour at most, but they took 3 hours. And they didn't do a good job. After 100 miles, all the oil leaked out because they forgot to put a gasket on the filter. 🤬🤬🤬 and they also forgot to change the water separator. If I hadn't noticed, they wouldn't have changed it. quick question for you, before hiring workers make sure they have the right qualifications. These guys working there definitely don't have the right qualifications. $550 down the drain

Missed two very important grease fittings even AFTER I SPECIFICALLY pointed them out. Was not able to get the lights working on the back of my truck. Success on getting the front lights working. Very nice folks. Update 7/25 Zach and MJ really went above and beyond. Can't remember the guys name that took care of my truck on first shift but he did a AWESOME job also. I can say Thank you enough. I greatly, truly appreciate the great service. After buying a truck and getting royally bamboozled. This shop fixed these issues. Unfortunately I only took before pictures.
